Menu Disappeared (not working either) and Purchase Code Info Wrong

Not at this point. Like I wrote before, I had to move to a different template. Not sure what the conflict was, but I deactivated about all of them....tried deleting and reinstalling the template. I finally decided to move to a different one that worked for me.

Is there anyways I could help you make sure that the theme is working in your website? If you could provide me your website url and admin credentials then I should be able to troubleshoot what is causing the issue with the menu on your website.

Hi Joseph,

I had to end up going with a different theme. However, before I did, I deactivated BuddyBoss and activated BuddyPress. Still no menus on Admin and Contributor accounts. I then started deactivating other plug-ins hoping to figure where the conflict was. I was unable to. I thought about doing debug mode, but then decided to go with a different theme. I really didn't want all the plugins that I had to install.

I requested a refund (only had the theme working for a couple of days). Not sure if that will happen or not. Nevertheless, I really needed to more forward on the project but couldn't the way it was.

Can you send me your website url so that I can check what is happening when I inspect the code via inspector? If possible, can you send me an admin account so that I can check what is happening on the backend? Your method of resetting the theme is fine, however I am not familiar with BuddyBoss platform at all.

I will check your purchase code with Envato to see if there are any issues. Also, can you send a screenshot of the forums?

I discovered the menus don't work if the account is set to Administrator or Editor. Otherwise, the menus seem to work.

Is there a way to remove Thrive and start over? I deleted it and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. FYI: I'm using the BuddyBoss platform.

Hi, 

My first issue all the menus seemed to have stopped working (just on my main Admin account) and the discussion (forum) pages look horrible. I've attached a screenshot. I don't see any place where I can customize the forum/discussion pages. If I switch to a different theme, the discussion area looks fine. 

Any guidance/direction is appreciated.  

Also, on my Purchase verification, it says it was purchased Nov 5th, and it was actually purchased today (29th). It also says I paid $42 for it when it was $67.
