Unable to Add New Project

I has been 6 days without response. I have paid for theme them and support that comes with it. Can anyone please assit me? Thanks in advance.

Hello - 

 

When clicking on the New Project button a Add new project box is displayed with the fields Project Name and Project Details. The name and details are entered however there is no putton to "add" or "confirm" the project. Therefore unable to create a project. Sems like is missing an "add" button. See screen shot below. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
