Theme conflict with plugin

Hi Joseph, 

Here are two screenshots, one with Thrive theme and one with TwentySixteen. Thrive displays in this manner even will all plugins deactivated. TwentySixteen displays even with all plugins activated. Is there a setting(s) that possibly I need to configure?

Since we have the same theme files, the only unique scenario would be that you have a different plugin settings. Have you tried with default plugin settings? I suspect it has something to do with settings.

Can you send me a screenshot so I can understand better what appears on your screen?

That looks like it is working for you. It is not working for me, however. It does work for me when I use the TwentySixteen theme, but not when I use Thrive. Can you suggest some troubleshooting steps to help me identify the issue?

I took some time testing the events plugin registration and its working just fine.

Hi Joseph,

I have installed another premium plugin and am having the same issue. I have switched to the Twenty Sixteen theme and the issue goes away. Both plugins I have tried are for event registration and the issue is the same for both plugins. Can you help me trouble shoot this problem?

Hi, Tim

Please try switching theme to default WordPress theme to see if the issue still exists. Thrive is built on modern wordpress coding stardards so it shoulnt have any issues.

I am trying to use a plugin called Event Espresso 4 Decaf, but a conflict with the Thrive Intranet/Extranet theme is preventing from functioning correctly. I have installed the plugin on one of my other sites and it works just fine. The problem I am seeing is that the Registration Checkout page is blank. I have researched this issue and found several threads online mostly stem from theme conflict. Would it be possible to for you to test this and see if you can get it to work correctly with the Thrive theme? I downloaded the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-espresso-decaf/

Once the plugin is installed create an event, and then try to register for the event. Once you click the Register Now button you should be taken to the Registration Checkout page. I am able to get to this point but the registration checkout page is blank with only the page header, menus, and sidebar showing, the page body is blank.

If this is not possible, please suggests some steps I might take to address the issue.
