firstly, I'd like to thank you for the support that I got until now. But in the last month there has been a change.
There are posts in this forum that older than 18 days and that didn't receive an answer from the support team. I'm wondering if the theme get supported in the future. I know there can be stressful days in a company. But as a customer I'd wish that you communicate changes in the quality of the customer service (e.g. that the answers will take longer than in the past for the next X weeks).
So could you say when it gets better?
